Choose my Plate

Many of us remember learning about the food pyramid when learning about healthy eating. In mid 2011, the USDA  launched a new nutritional graphic, ChooseMyPlate, in an effort to make it easier to make the switch to healthier eating.  MyPlate is a quick, graphic depiction of how to eat, including foods from all five food groups.
